ABOUT US

In our experience it shows that there is a gap in the care system where young people are not prepared for independent living effectively, which will have consequences on their accommodation and future.

It is our aim to prepare young people by providing practical, emotional and social skills in enabling young people to have the appropriate skills required for independent living.

We achieve this through Outcome Analysis, which is based on the five outcomes: Being Healthy; Staying Safe; Enjoying and Achieving; Making a Positive Contribution and Achieving Economic Well-being. We have a quality assurance system that enables us to monitor the progress and share this with the social worker.

Our Approach

We provide homes for people with learning disabilities and/or ASC, where we tailor our service provision to each individuals’ unique needs. This approach has the aim of helping people with complex needs to develop within their home environment and beyond, enabling these individuals to develop daily living and independence skills in a supported environment, and empower them to make choices by being heard and as such have as much control over their lives as they choose.

By providing consistent and reliable support, we ensure that the people in our care are able to take every opportunity to control their everyday lives. Our aim is to provide each individual with a safe, caring, responsive, effective and well-led environment that empowers them to lead the life they choose.
